I like to work on open-source projects, mostly in Python, MATLAB, or R. I contribute to projects like PyMVPA, a toolbox for machine learning methods in neuroimaging. For a full list of my contributions, you can check out my GitHub page.
These are projects I started or helped to start:
- DueCredit: automated collection and reporting of citations for software/methods/datasets used during analysis pipelines. DueCredit was conceived to address the problem of inadequate citation of scientific software and methods, and limited visibility of donation requests for open-source software.
- reprclust: analysis of clustering methods to find a stable parcellation of the human brain based on Representational Similarity Matrices.
- srt_paradigm: my implementation in MATLAB and PsychToolbox of the experimental paradigm developed by Sébastien M. Crouzet et al. to find out how fast our visual system can detect a face (or any other visual object).
